How much time does this actually require each week?
One live call every two weeks, plus optional implementation courses at your own pace. The whole point of DSM is simplifying your workload ~ not adding to it.
How many people are in the mastermind?
Live calls typically have 10 to 20 people depending on timing. The container is intentionally intimate. You won't disappear into a large group and you're not expected to attend live every time ~ recordings, ongoing access, and the Slack space are all there for you.
Do I need a big audience or email list?
No. Daily sales come from clarity and consistency, not size. This works whether you're growing, rebuilding momentum, or have a small but warm audience. If you're starting from absolute zero, you'll want to come back when you have some presence first.
Is this strategy only, or does it include mindset and energetics?
It includes both, intentionally.
